The garden for blueberry seedlings should be located in a place with loose soil, good air permeability and good drainage. The soil pH value should be about 4.4 ~ 5.5, and the organic matter content should be 8% ~ 12%. After the garden is selected, deep turning and ripening shall be carried out before planting, and the depth of deep turning shall be controlled at 20 ~ 25cm.

After the completion of site preparation, the garden should be ridged and planted. The ridge height should be controlled at 25 ~ 30cm, and the ridge width should be controlled at 1.2 ~ 1.5m. Blueberry seedlings should be planted on the back of the ridge.

The planting of blueberry seedlings can be divided into spring planting and autumn planting. During autumn transplantation, if the blueberry seedlings are not properly managed in winter, they are vulnerable to frostbite and affect the survival rate of the seedlings. Therefore, spring planting is appropriate.

Spring planting is generally carried out in March to April of each year and before the germination of new buds of seedlings.
